Designed by George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg, the Konoha is a twin-function wall lamp that addresses two fundamental lighting needs within a single, well-considered design. The studio, renowned for its hospitality projects, observed that most spaces require both direct and ambient light - and designed Konoha to deliver both. A shade sits over a 360 ° rotating spotlight, functioning like a hat over the light source. Directed upward, the spotlight bounces off the interior of the shade to create soft, ambient illumination. Directed downward, it becomes a focused reading light. Two functions, one simple form. Available in a range of neutral and organic finishes that integrate seamlessly into any environment, Konoha suits bedrooms, hotel rooms, waiting areas, restaurants, and reading areas. A lamp designed to be used, adjusted, and lived with throughout the day or night.
