Tūī - David Trubridge

Tūī by David Trubridge is named after the native Aotearoan bird which inspires it's design. Just like the intricate plumage found around the birds' neck, bamboo half-rings are woven into a basket form. Tūī would sit perfectly over a dining table, kitchen counter or equally hanging in a stairwell or entrance. Available in the full range of Trubridge finishes in small, medium, and large sizes.

The Tūī comes in three sizes and is made from sustainably sourced natural bamboo plywood as the main material which is available in Bamboo, or painted on one side, plus double-sided Black or White, thus creating a selection of different options. (For the colour selections an acrylic low VOC (volatile organic compound) paint is used)
