Hinaki - David Trubridge
“Fish traps are called Hinaki by Maori, though often the name is used specifically for an eel trap. They were made from woven vines, some in amazingly beautiful forms. The first light I ever made in 1995 was also shaped like this and called Hinaki. Our kitsets significantly reduce freighting, which is one of our ways of doing what we can to help preserve our beautiful sea and land environments” - David Trubridge
The Hinaki comes in three sizes and a range of different natural and paint finishes.
Red, Lime, Aqua, Pink, Orange, Yellow, White, Caramel, Black double side or one sided and Double-Sided White.
For any size or colour combination, other than natural plywood, just email through this link or give us a call and we can arrange the perfect Hinaki Pendant for you with no further delays at the best price. email@example.com
