Description

ECLIPSE is unique with a modern silhouette, inspired by mid-century design. Handmade from ceramic, the large shades contain a smaller shade, in which the light source is hidden. The light is reflected back onto the clay shade, creating a diffused, ambient effect. Inspired by the Solar Eclipse phenomenon.

This handmade stoneware light fixture is made of clay on the pottery wheel and fired to a high temperature. The wheel technique creates symmetrical shapes from circular motions. Therefore, there are slight differences in shape, colour and form, which makes it a one off piece.

Each shade incorporates solid brass metalware, further enhancing the natural beauty of the clay
