 This downlight ticks all of the boxes.  The look is simple and stylish with a matt white finish and adjustable integrated LED that sits behind a frosted diffuser to allow direct light with minimal glare. 13W provides a generous lumen output of 900, with the option to dim right down.  The LED is available in either 2700K (very warm white) and 3000K (warm white)
