Marset's most poetic lamp is now portable. The Dipping Light - where layers of colour are applied in concentric circles, filtering and texturing the light. Now freed from its cable, the Dipping Portable Light runs on battery power with a switch at the base and a three-setting dimmer for adjustable brightness. The artisan process of dipping each bulb in paint ensures every piece is unique. Switched on, paint and light enter into dialogue, creating an atmosphere that shifts with colour and intensity. Switched off, it becomes a multi-coloured glass sphere of quiet sculptural presence. Three new finishes in cream, chocolate, and burgundy expand the palette with muted, considered tones. Small changes, significant freedom.
