The smooth ceramic is hand-dipped in an eggshell white low sheen glaze and fired twice at high temperatures for strength and durability. The custom-made mounting plate ensures a tight fit to any ceiling finish. Wobbly! A lovely technique where We Ponders ceramicist first slip casts the cylinder shape, then once leather hard pops onto his ceramic wheel and carves ridges to create a lovely textured appearance.
