Lampe De Marseille
Designed by Le Corbusier in 1952 and made in Italy, the Lampe De Marseille is a fine example of Industrial Design with its form and function.
Central to Le Corbusier's design philosophy was a fascination with the interplay of light and shade in relation to human concepts of beauty and form. It incorporates two separate bulbs and switches, allowing for indirect and task lighting and a multi adjustable bracket that enables the light to be contorted into several different positions - creating a range of lighting effects.
The Lampe De Marseille is a functional feature light that will add character to any space. It is available in two sizes - mini or large and two colours - white or grey. Complete with a cord and plug, this light does not require an Electrician to install. However, it can be hard wired into the wall if preferred.
